Acceptance of Terms of Use

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the d20 platform — including the website, mobile app, and all related services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all related policies enforced by d20 from time to time.

Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms will be considered acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are advised to discontinue use of the d20 platform.

The d20 platform is only accessible to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. d20 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and may suspend or terminate any account that does not satisfy this requirement.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on the d20 platform. Registering more than one account under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts along with the freezing of any existing balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and current information. d20 may request identity verification at any time in accordance with operational or regulatory compliance requirements. Providing false information constitutes a breach of these terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. d20 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence. • Users are responsible for all activities that occur under their account
• Sharing account details with any other party is strictly prohibited
• The use of automated software, bots, or any system manipulation methods is strictly prohibited
• Any attempt to cheat, manipulate outcomes, or exploit the gaming system is a serious violation

Payment Information, Deposits & Transactions

All financial transactions on the d20 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). d20 supports local payment methods including FPX and approved digital wallets. No foreign currency conversion is required for Malaysian users.

Successful deposits will be credited to your account once system verification is complete. For any issues relating to failed or delayed transactions, users must contact customer support with the relevant proof of payment.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, except in special cases approved by d20 management
• Users may be required to complete an identity verification process before their first withdrawal is processed
• D20 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals where there are security or compliance concerns
• Any bonus received is subject to the specified wagering requirements before it can be withdrawn

D20 is not responsible for any fees or charges imposed by third-party financial institutions when processing your transactions.

Limitation of Liability, Account Suspension & Termination

The d20 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. While we strive to ensure uninterrupted service, d20 makes no guarantee that the platform will always be free from technical errors, service disruptions, or temporary unavailability due to system maintenance.

D20 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including financial losses resulting from betting outcomes or technical disruptions during an active gaming session.

Account Suspension & Closure

D20 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• User is found to have violated any provision of these terms
• Account is linked to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or system abuse
• User provided false information during registration or identity verification
• Account has been inactive for a defined period with no transactions
• There is a legal requirement or request from a relevant authority

In the event of account closure due to a terms violation, d20 reserves the right to withhold any existing balance, subject to individual case review.

Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

All content on the d20 platform — including logos, interface design, text, graphics, games, software, and brand names — is the exclusive property of d20 or our licensed partners. Copying, distributing, modifying, or using any of this content without written authorisation from d20 is strictly prohibited.

The brand name "d20" and all associated trademarks are registered intellectual property protected by law. Unauthorised use will result in appropriate legal action.

Third-Party Links & Services

The d20 platform may contain links or integrations with third-party services such as payment processors and licensed game providers. d20 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party. Users are advised to read the terms and privacy policies of any third-party service before use.

Amendments to Terms & Governing Law

D20 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically to stay informed of the current conditions of use.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the d20 platform shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of a competent court in Malaysia.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from this document while all remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
